What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager position at PediaTrust, LLC?
This is not an ordinary medical practice management position. The role you’re about to see described is for a creative people leader. Someone who wants to build a business, design experiences, learn new technologies, and work with a team of talented fellow managers.
We are PediaTrust, the largest independent pediatrics group in Illinois, and we need someone who is ready to be a Practice Manager. At Elm Street Pediatrics, located in Winnetka, you’ll be able to lead a pediatric practice, helping them grow their patient base, increase revenue, and improve their processes.
Professional and personal growth will come along with this position, as you join a team of dedicated, experienced providers and support staff. You’ll drive change and work hand-in-hand with doctors who are passionate about the care they provide and the success of their practice. You’ll wear many hats as you use and hone your communication, management, and leadership skills. You’ll also receive the support of your fellow practice managers, and join a collaborative team of leaders where you have the opportunity to both learn from and teach your colleagues.
If you’re ready to level up, we’re looking forward to meeting you.
