The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to successfully hiring talent for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish interview criteria.
- Manage applicant tracking to ensure efficient processing of applications and compliance with hiring practices.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.) and provide reports to leadership.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer acceptance through the first few months of employment.
- Prepare new hire paperwork, benefits information, and orientation materials.
- Coordinate pre-boarding tasks (immunization tracking for all new hires).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding period.
- Monitor and follow up on employee satisfaction and engagement during the initial stages of employment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
