Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial vertical construction, with the ability to manage both new builds and the maintenance of existing facilities. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Planning and Management :
Oversee the greenfield construction of new facilities from inception to completion.
Manage the upgrading, add-ons, and maintenance of existing sites.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure all projects comply with safety and building codes, as well as legal requirements.
Team Coordination :
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Select and manage subcontractors and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Address any delays, emergencies, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle .
Financial Oversight :
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Report project progress and financial status to clients and senior management.
Technical Expertise :
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure all construction activities align with the project specifications and quality standards.
Manage building repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Client and Stakeholder Management :
Act as a liaison with realtors and other external partners in areas where new facilities are planned
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial and industrial vertical construction.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to live within 50 miles of Columbus, GA.
Preferred Qualifications :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
OSHA training for safety guidelines.
Experience with greenfield construction projects.

Ability to travel to all 7 locations in Georgia and 4 locations in South Carolina (as needed).
