What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Coordinator position at PEERLESS INDUSTRIES INC?
This position is responsible for all Carrier meetings, review and selection to maximize best freight route and delivery cost, while maximizing customer satisfaction. This position will actively seek out cost reductions and improvements in the shipping processing of orders. This position will be the internal Point of contact with Customer care on matters related to On-time delivery of shipments and any needed changes to the process.
