Revit Designer

basis for our client in Phoenix AZ.

ResponsibilitiesProvide BIM drafting and management. Assist with implementation of design solutions in collaboration with staff for design studies, presentations, construction documents and construction administration.Consultant interface and management to ensure deadlines are met, and BIM documentation / design quality is maintained.Employee mentoring to ensure an attractive, long-term employer for high caliber employees, instruction in BIM processes and applications.
Required Skills7 years of experience working in architecture, engineering, or constructionStrong recent experience designing for governmental buildings, such as police stations, community centers, or related5 years of experience with Revit ModelingProficiency in AutoCAD or other design softwareFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsExperience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or other)Strong communication and leadership skills
