What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Training and Credentialing Specialist position at PEERSTAR, LLC?
POSITION FUNCTION:
The Human Resource Training and Credentialing Specialist is responsible for monitoring and tracking employee training, certification and credentialing.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and process staff credentialing, training and certifications
- Submit certification applications and update staff records
- Enroll new hires in Learning Management System and assign required training
- Provide training information to new hires and employee's requiring re-certification
- Run reports to monitor due dates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, BS/BA degree preferred
- Previous HR experience is preferred
MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Be organized
- Must have desire to complete mass amounts of paperwork
- Ability to complete multiple tasks at once
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to schedules
- Maintain confidentiality
- Possess effective communication skills
