We are in the midst of our Advanced Planning Transformation journey, now in the process of implementing Logility Demand Optimization, Inventory Planning and Replenishment Planning Platforms and the In-Stock Planner will play a key role.
What You Will Do
The In-Stock Planner is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to inbound inventory management. The In-Stock Planner will manage and execute the buy plan for their assigned category / area and collaborate with suppliers, co-manufacturers, vendors, and partner brands to place purchase orders and ensure that target inventory levels are maintained. The In-Stock Planner will coordinate regularly with the In-Stock Manager to escalate operational issues, develop action plans, and improvements.

The target hourly rate is $35.00 / hour.
Responsibilities
Responsible for inbound buying and planning for assigned category, suppliers, and / or components.
Responsible for meeting inventory targets and service levels for assigned categories, suppliers, etc.
Monitor, analyze, and own KPIs / metrics for assigned categories, suppliers, etc.
Ability to balance the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
Identify risks and opportunities to troubleshoot, optimize inventory levels or costs in the supplier and partner network.
Responsible for continuously improving and maintaining high service levels, measured by success factors and KPIs.
Validate root cause analysis / reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and manage improvements with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Identify and escalate issues to the In-Stock Planning Manager.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
2 - 5 years relevant experience (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sourcing)
Ability to develop, plan, organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Working knowledge / familiarity with supply chain planning software (D365 & Logility a plus)
Familiarity with supply chain processes and concepts including inventory management, sales and operations planning (S&OP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with peers across the organization
Strong desire for continuous process improvement
