JOB SUMMARY :
The Corporate Director of Revenue Management will lead the function for PEG Hospitality Group's geographically diverse portfolio of hotels which includes Marriott, Hilton, IHG and independent brands. Experience with full and select service, as well as extended stay hotels is be necessary. The induvial will be responsible to developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue across the portfolio.
Responsibilities will include monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the efficient and effective balance between demand and availability. The Corporate Director of Revenue Management must understand and support the online distribution channels, rate and inventory distribution each hotel in the portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with the revenue managers to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize individual hotels’ revenue performance and market share.
- Ensure the team members are well versed analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to adjust pricing and distribution strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across the portfolio.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems. Develop and implement a consistent approach and cadence to reporting and collaboration with properties and cross-discipline teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in revenue management
- Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with property teams through regular meetings and strategy sessions to ensure both short- and long-term strategies are developed, implemented, and achieved.
- Lead, manage, and develop the revenue management team. Provide training and mentorship to property general managers to increase their business acumen around revenue management.
- Prepare and present regular revenue performance reports and forecasts to various stakeholders.
- Utilize various property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS)
- Continually develop Revenue Managers on key areas of revenue and yield management and adhere to operation's standards
- Demonstrate good leadership skills by applying broad business knowledge and balancing short- and long-term perspective while leading the team to achieve them.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a positive environment for collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Providing Revenue Management services to key hotels with complex and high valued assets
- Work with team members on providing a deep dive into hotels struggling with key metrics
- Occasionally taking responsibility for hotels during acquisitions, turnover in team members, or to elevate workload on team member.
