About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our tenants, vendors, and staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive living environment for our residents. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate and property management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management
- Knowledge of Yardi Systems or similar property management software
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate development
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing laws
- Manage the budget for each property, including rent collection, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel

As a Property Manager, you will use your expertise in affordable housing, property management, real estate development, lease agreements, Yardi Systems, fair housing, building inspections, and real estate to ensure the success of our properties.
