What You’ll Do
- Maintain and track fixed assets, ensuring proper depreciation and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee financial aspects of company projects, including cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data and generate reports on operational activities, balance sheets, and P&L performance
- Ensure all financial transactions align with GAAP and company policies
- Identify process improvements, support automation efforts, and collaborate with IT on system enhancements
- Partner with AR, AP, cost accounting, FP&A, and operations teams to provide financial insights and support business strategy
- Help establish and track key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of accounting experience (Manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and GAAP principles
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
