In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance and HR Managers, contributing to accurate payroll processing, general ledger management, and month-end close processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Payroll Processing (50%): Manage payroll for union and non-union laborers.
- General Ledger and Journal Entries (25%): Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Month-End Close (25%): Assist with month-end processes, tax filings, and other accounting responsibilities.
- 3 years of payroll accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and adaptable attitude.
