Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate M&A targets, perform due diligence on accounting practices, and assess integration plans.
- Partner on acquisition accounting and ensure alignment with global policies.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with internal teams and auditors to plan, scope, and document internal controls.
- Conduct risk assessments to optimize internal control processes.
- Communicate audit findings and recommend improvements to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology solutions to enhance internal controls.
- Standardize and document global accounting policies in collaboration with technical accounting teams.
- Design and deliver company-wide training on accounting policies.
- Lead initiatives to implement new accounting and disclosure requirements.
- Drive improvements in internal reporting processes and assist with emerging projects.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
- 10 years in financial compliance, auditing, or a related field, with leadership experience in a global organization.
- Background in Big Four public accounting or experience in a large enterprise setting.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-20% during training.
Salary : $160,000 - $165,000
