Senior Manager of Finance & Compliance

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Finance & Compliance to lead financial compliance, internal controls, and risk management for a rapidly expanding organization. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate M&A targets, perform due diligence on accounting practices, and assess integration plans.
• Partner on acquisition accounting and ensure alignment with global policies.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with internal teams and auditors to plan, scope, and document internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments to optimize internal control processes.
• Communicate audit findings and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and technology solutions to enhance internal controls.
• Standardize and document global accounting policies in collaboration with technical accounting teams.
• Design and deliver company-wide training on accounting policies.
• Lead initiatives to implement new accounting and disclosure requirements.
• Drive improvements in internal reporting processes and assist with emerging projects.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
• 10 years in financial compliance, auditing, or a related field, with leadership experience in a global organization.
• Background in Big Four public accounting or experience in a large enterprise setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-20% during training.
