Temporary Electronic Banking Support Specialist (Contract through Early-July)
We are seeking a Temporary Electronic Banking Support Specialist to provide critical operational support to our client through early-July. In this role, you will assist with online banking maintenance, fraud prevention, and customer account support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Banking Management: Manage Online Banking account setups, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with Bill Pay issues, troubleshooting, and contact information updates.
- Fraud Prevention: Investigate and resolve fraud alerts and security concerns, including transactions flagged in the Risk Fraud Analytics queue.
- Zelle Support: Support Zelle users with dispute resolution, compliance, and account maintenance.
- Remote Deposit Capture: Handle Remote Deposit Capture troubleshooting and assist with scanner installations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated mobile and online banking concerns.
- Account Maintenance: Conduct reviews and maintain reports to ensure account information remains up-to-date.
- Backup Role: Serve as a backup for the Treasury Management Support Specialist, gaining experience with advanced banking products.
- Audit Preparation: Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Risk Management: Work closely with the Fraud and Security team to enhance risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in banking, customer support, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Online Banking systems, Bill Pay processes, and Regulation E.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable with making outbound calls.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn virtually, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Mail, and Salesforce.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
