The Senior HRIS and Analytics Specialist is responsible for the effective management and administration of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Senior HRIS & Analytics Specialist oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS (Workday) system and ensures its alignment with HR strategies and objectives.
Working under the Finance department, this role collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and senior management, to enhance HR processes, streamline data management, and provide accurate HR reporting and analytics.
Looking for Someone who has backend Config experience, expertise with BP (Business Process) changes, making sure the right steps are configured, experience in creating notifications, within a Business Process. In addition, must have experience in creating reports, dashboards, and having notifications through reporting.
Looking for someone that has experience with Workday. At least 5 years of HRIS / Workday experience.
