Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation processes
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented in analyzing project specifications
• Proficiency in takeoff software (preferably STACK)
• Adherence to Pegasus’ estimation protocols and procedures
• Ability to communicate with manufacturers for up-to-date pricing
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Basic understanding of financial concept
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

🕗 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
