Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Level 2 Computer Technician to join our on-site team in Kennett Square, PA. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft-based networks and systems. In this role, you’ll balance remote technical support, on-site client visits, and project implementation to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients’ IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Monitor and respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Design and implement IT solutions for client projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client systems and interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency of service.
- Assist with technical sales support and project planning.
Technical Expertise Required
- Operating Systems: Windows 7/8.1/10, Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
- Active Directory: Administration, group policies, and support.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall configuration.
- Email Systems: Office 365 migration/deployment, Exchange Server administration.
- Security: Spyware/virus removal and adherence to data security best practices.
- Other Skills: Windows command line, registry modifications, NTFS/share permissions, batch file creation, and hardware troubleshooting.
