At Peju, we strive to be the highlight of every guest’s visit to the Napa Valley and our Outbound Sales Team is fundamental in creating positive and memorable experiences for our clients who cannot visit our winery. The Outbound Sales Associate focuses on building relationships via phone; offering promotional events, wines and outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need the initiative to make telephone calls, and have an uplifting, professional and gracious approach to sales and customer relations. We are seeking someone who enjoys outbound phone sales, hospitality, wine experiences, and strives to be the top salesperson in any company.
Responsibilities
- Desire to gain thorough knowledge of products and experiences being offered to effectively communicate with valued customers.
- Review customer profiles and understand customers and their purchasing patterns and preferences to provide a personal interaction.
Execute outbound phone calls for sales and relationship building with the customers and club members
Qualifications
· Possesses a gift for closing sales.
· Entry to 3 years’ experience in outbound phone sales or telemarketing is preferred.
· A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting quotas.
