Application Development Service Management and Project Delivery Manager

High Profile International Bank seeks Service Management and Project Delivery Manager for an Application Development Team (AVP).

This role is great ITIL/Scrum Manager type hybrid role that would be a great match for a developer who has some project management/scrum manager skills.

In summary, you will:

• Implement and manage Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management.

• Maintain and improve the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

• Oversee the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring best practices are followed from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate ITIL practices into the SDLC.

• Drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT services meet their requirements.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Requirements include:

• Experience that includes 5 years of relevant work experience.

• In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Experience managing a team.

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, .NET) and software development tools.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management.

• Experience with version control systems Team Foundation Server (TFS) and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as documentations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously.

• ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) preferred.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
