About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity.
You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations along with Restaurant Manager, including opening and closing procedures.
- Greet members and guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Address and resolve any member concern promptly and professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front of the house staff including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure storerooms are clean, organized and stocked.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of six (6) months of Restaurant supervisory experience within hospitality.
- Must have strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
- Ability to use POS technology effectively.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education
- Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
- ServeSafe food handler certification preferred.
