We seek a positive, friendly Front Desk Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our Condominium association owners, tenants, and guests. The Customer Service Representative will assist with work order processing, issuing car passes, receiving monthly fees, opening mail, and filing. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with other staff members and answering and directing phone inquiries promptly and accurately. The Customer Service Representative must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations.
