Job description
Pelican Pointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing/long term care facility. We are looking to add an amazing Staffing Coordinator to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and other staffing related records, including those necessary to meet state-specific staffing requirements, in the required format for that state
Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or designee
Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins
Communicate staffing and hiring needs to the Director of Nursing or designee, and participate in interviews as needed.
Post and communicate schedules to all nursing staff
In coordination with Payroll department, ensure that all hours scheduled and worked have been captured in the payroll system. Ensure that all TARF’s have been properly filled out, signed, and provided to Payroll.

Experience: 1-2 years as as staffer required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
