Job Description:

You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, and managing shift changes. This position requires flexibility and the ability to be on-call, including nights and weekends, to address any urgent staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers to provide non-medical home care for clients, ensuring that the right caregiver is matched with each client based on their specific needs.
- Manage and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in client needs, caregiver availability, or last-minute shifts.
- Coordinate caregiver availability, ensuring proper coverage for all client shifts.
- Handle client and caregiver communications, ensuring both parties are informed and satisfied with the care schedule.
- Be flexible and available to take on shifts when on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to cover caregiver shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, client preferences, and other essential details.
- Monitor and report any issues that may arise with scheduling or care delivery to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:
