ATM/ITM Representative (Baton Rouge, LA)

The role of the ATM/ITM Representative is to work under direct supervision and be the first point of contact for internal and external ATM/ITM services.  This includes providing continuous monitoring, maintaining records of progress, and providing updates as needed for cash positions, maintenance, downtime, and service for all ATMs and ITMs. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for serving others. Strong technical skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office software products are a must! The ability to communicate effectively and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are critical pieces of this position. Our ATM/ITM Representative must embody Pelican’s Core Values and provide excellent service in all that they do.    A Day in the Life of a ATM/ITM Representative INCLUDES: Maintaining reports to track machine status, activity, service, and cash requirements. Maintaining an open line of communication with multiple vendors related to ATM, ITM, processor, service, and cash services to ensure optimum customer service, quality, accuracy, and responsiveness. Ensuring maintenance needs are handled timely to prevent unnecessary downtime. Researching and resolving member issues reported by members or branch staff. Notify management of service interruptions that may negatively affect the membership or branch staff. Serving as the branch's first point of contact for ATM/ITM service and needs. Reconciling daily ATM check deposits. Providing support to Video Tellers. Adhering to established security procedures.   ATM/ITM Representative Skills and qualifications include: A high school education or GED. 1 year of financial institution experience in roles involving research, accounting, or cash balancing. The ability to communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.   Other things you may want to know about this position: Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Travel Travel is rarely necessary for this position.
