A Day in the Life of a Member Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
">- Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our products and services.
- Balance transactions and verify cash totals, investigating and resolving out-of-balance conditions.
- Enter loan applications, close, and disburse all consumer loan types.
- Efficiently and accurately back up tellers when needed, balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day.
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in lending, teller, or call center roles with a financial institution preferred.
- Strong background in sales and excellent communication skills essential.
- Eligibility to be licensed to sell insurance products required.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and member service skills necessary.
