Outside Sales Representative (Trade B2B) Denver Metro


Join us as we grow and make an impact in the trade industry with Pella's top-tier window and door solutions! We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Trade Sales Representative to build and strengthen Pella's presence in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Your role will focus on engaging with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, and trade organizations, establishing Pella as the go-to brand for premium window and door solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Success: Build lasting relationships with trade professionals, understand their needs, and position Pella as the preferred solution for their projects.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with builders, contractors, and designers, providing product knowledge, installation advice, and accurate measurements to ensure flawless execution.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely, reliable information and proactive support to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Use a mix of relationship-building and strategic selling to meet your goals.
  • Promote the Pella Brand: Attend trade events and foster partnerships with industry professionals to establish Pella as the leader in window and door solutions.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven success in B2B, outside sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Builders: Ability to connect with trade professionals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Self-Motivation: Comfortable working independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Local Knowledge: Must live in or near the Denver Metro and have reliable transportation for client visits.


Work Environment:

This role offers a mix of remote work from your home office and in-person meetings with clients. Daily travel is required to engage with customers.
