This position will provide administrative support to the trade sales team in all areas of the business, including but not limited to: quoting, LRD management, service support, logistics, etc.


Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: 38,000 to 42,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist existing sales force managing order and delivery dates, and product & service related issues.
  • Help initiate service and play a key role in maintaining the company's desired service level.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Staff with bid preparation and order entry.
  • Maintains a high level of quality on all calls and is knowledgeable of products, services and methods of delivery.
  • Entering service and claim requests and other operational support functions will be required.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organizational, social, and customer focus skills are necessary along with experience in office computer programs
  • Great math skills are helpful along with the demonstrated ability to be creative.
  • A high level of confidence
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Deadline and Detail-oriented


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel and OneDrive
  • College Degree preferred, but not required
  • Prior Construction experience preferred but not required; i.e. blueprint reading
  • Relevant experience of performing the above duties is required. Minimum 2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
