Position Details:

Pellerin is a Commercial Laundry Equipment sales and service company, and we are looking for a new Parts and Service Coordinator for our Stafford Texas office. We sell and service laundry equipment to the hospitality and healthcare markets.

Basic Duties Include:

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting parts or service.
• Process customers parts orders in the computer, package parts and make UPS shipping tags.
• Serve as the primary clerk for the reception of incoming parts to include processing reception notes, marking parts with part numbers and putting them in the proper bin location, inventory control, and regular cycle counts of inventory.
• Serve as the primary clerk for the processing of warranty parts.
• Process and deliver parts for same day air shipment using Southwest Cargo.
• Parts replenishment for warehouse and technicians at regular intervals.
  
  
  

Forklift duties will include:

• Loading & unloading trucks, inspection of all incoming parts and equipment and recording any damage on the bill of lading.
• Filling out Reception Notes for all incoming equipment.
• Organizing the warehouse equipment.
  
  
  

Other duties:

• Building custom crates or boxes to ship goods and equipment.
• Assist the technicians with loading heavy equipment and tool kits.
• Maintaining orderliness and materials of warehouse

Experience:

• Forklift: 1 year (Required)
• Inventory management and control (Preferred)
• Experience with ERP Systems
