Our industry-leading landscape architecture design/build firm is seeking an experienced Construction Crew Leader to work on some of New Hampshire’s most beautiful properties! This role will lead a construction crew through all phases of installation.
Enjoy the outdoors while:
- Leading and coaching crews through all aspects of landscape installations and daily tasks
- Organizing day-to-day operations of landscape construction projects including planning, record-keeping, communication, and crew management
- Collaborate with project managers and operations staff to review job progress and efficiency
- Install hardscapes
- Utilize compact construction equipment (excavator/skid steer) safely
- Utilize transit and measurement tools to set grades on work sites
- Conduct on-site safety meetings and ensure the overall safety of employees and work site areas by utilizing Personal Protective Equipment
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, deadlines, and details
What are we looking for?
- Outdoor enthusiasts with 3 years of experience in hardscape and landscape installations
- Individuals with a positive attitude, capable of training new employees and leading crews through daily work tasks
- Natural problem-solvers who find passion in building beautiful outdoor spaces
- A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work outside in a physically demanding job and lift up to 50 pounds
