- Assist students/parents with all onboarding/enrollment questions
- Provide individual assistance to students, including analyzing and troubleshooting individual needs
- Collect, scan, download, and note completed financial aid documents
- Work with each student holistically to create social belonging, build rapport, and establish the Start Strong mentality
