Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment and contribute to the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Suite
- Support office management with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
