If you are interested in being a part of our high performing and growing organization – and have strong business expertise, you may be a good fit for our team. Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Contracts Specialist to play a hands-on role for our Operations team.
As a Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Working knowledge of contracts and proposals with the ability to understand and follow RFP requirements
- Focuses on managing and negotiating legal agreements, specifically "Master Service Agreements" (MSAs) and "Statements of Work" (SOWs)
- Technical aptitude with the ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills
- Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials with the ability to negotiate, review, revise, and manage the contract life cycle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand lines and reasons for questioning
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose professional business communications via email, letters, and proposals.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Junior Attorney, Paralegal or Contract Procurement type role
- Experience working with a CLM system (Salesforce, Conga)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.
