What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Processor (Part Time) position at PELOTON Workforce Inc.?
The candidate we are looking for MUST have knowledge of and experience in Payroll processing. They must be proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks. Candidate must have great communication skills to interact with clients. This position may include additional work with bank reconciliations, data entry in QuickBooks, and electronic document storage depending on skill level. Responsibilities • Gather payroll information from clients • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system (QuickBooks) • Process taxes and reports with taxing agencies • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from clients • After-the-Fact payroll processing • Prepare reports for clients & tax agencies Skills • Experience as payroll processor a MUST • Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices • Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks • High school diploma or experience
This is a Part Time Role - 16-20 hours a week - Monday thru Wednesday is mandatory
