You will have responsibility for maintaining & building on current key & strategic customer relationships. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving growth. Strategic accounts are in the telecom, satellite communications, & first responder industries.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with key enterprise accounts
- Subject Matter Expert: Develop expert level knowledge on Pelsue products, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Customer Collaboration: Develop partnerships with enterprise level clients, and work in collaboration with them to deliver solutions to other end users
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client feedback to provide insight and recommendations to internal teams.
- Growth: Yes, we want it for you and the company.
- Metrics and Reporting: Ensure regular use of CRM to stay organized and position yourself and the company for success.
- Ability to interact with first responders, corporate decision makers, executives and others at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with using the Microsoft suite of products.
- Aptitude for technical specifications and the ability to deliver technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications or related field (Preferred)
- 5 years of experience in sales and customer interaction in a B2B, municipal and/or government sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
