Salary Range : $75,000 - $105,000 Base plus incentives / commissions

Who You Are

The Strategic Account Manager role is key to the ongoing growth & success of more than 60 years of Pelsue innovation. You will have responsibility for maintaining & building on current key & strategic customer relationships. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving growth. Strategic accounts are in the telecom, satellite communications, & first responder industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with key enterprise accounts
  • Subject Matter Expert : Develop expert level knowledge on Pelsue products, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Customer Collaboration : Develop partnerships with enterprise level clients, and work in collaboration with them to deliver solutions to other end users
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client feedback to provide insight and recommendations to internal teams.
  • Growth : Yes, we want it for you and the company.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Ensure regular use of CRM to stay organized and position yourself and the company for success.

Competencies

  • Ability to interact with first responders, corporate decision makers, executives and others at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with using the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Aptitude for technical specifications and the ability to deliver technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Excellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills.

    Work Environment

    This position operates in both office and remote environments, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders and customers around the country.

    Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel and assist with setting up tradeshow booths.
  • Regular standing, walking, and communication with team members.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, in-person position that will require occasional travel and extended hours as needed.

    Travel

    Travel will be required, with visits to customer locations, industry events & tradeshows.

    Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing / Communications or related field (Preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in sales and customer interaction in a B2B, municipal and / or government sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
  • Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
