Internal Manager’s Assistant
The Internal Manager's Assistant plays a key role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This includes moving vehicles within the service area/lot, maintaining vehicle and lot cleanliness, delivering vehicles to customers after service, and providing transportation to/from customers' homes when needed. You will also assist with writing tickets and managing vehicle flow through the shop. A clean driving record is essential, as you will be driving vehicles to and from various locations. Strong organizational skills are a must. This is a Tuesday to Saturday position.

The ideal candidate will have a high energy level, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
