Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist patients with entire intake process prior to appointment
- Validate patient information for eligibility purposes
- Verify insurance and necessary CPT codes for authorization
- Obtain authorization if needed
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
- Help patients set up online accounts
- Complete data entry and data management tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or several years of related experience
- Basic computer and telephone proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
