About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in the Rental and Leasing industry. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of service technicians, manage schedules, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services provided and that our department meets or exceeds its performance targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a service-related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
