About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Consultant to join our team in the Rental and Leasing industry. As a Lease Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all leasing transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Your main goal will be to maintain high occupancy rates and maximize revenue for our property located in Legacy at Cibolo, TX.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome prospective tenants and provide them with information about the property and available units.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features and amenities of the property.
- Process lease applications, verify rental history, and perform credit and background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure that all required documents are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and occupancy rates.

As a Lease Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective tenants and provide them with a positive leasing experience. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that all leasing transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and maximizing revenue for our property. Your proficiency in Yardi or other property management software, as well as your fluency in English and Spanish, will be beneficial in performing your daily tasks.
