About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community in Simpsonville, SC. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our residents to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the property's budget and financial performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management
- Knowledge of Yardi Systems or similar property management software
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and lease administration
- Experience with building inspections and maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
- Prepare and manage the property's budget and financial performance
- Supervise on-site staff and vendors
