We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Case Manager to join our team in our Baraboo office and be an integral part of managing our growing caseload!

Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing a high volume of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns
- Gathering and organizing case-related documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information
- Coordinating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
- Assisting attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, such as demand letters
- Maintaining detailed and accurate case files in the firm's case management system
- Organizing, scanning, and filing mail, email, and fax correspondence accurately
- Requesting, reviewing, and documenting evidence
- Serving as support to the phone-answering team, fielding and transferring calls, and taking accurate phone messages
- Scheduling and facilitating client appointments and calls with attorneys
- Monitoring case progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a case manager or similar role in a personal injury law firm, or a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing and writing skills with attention to accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent phone skills, including professionalism and the ability to communicate with clients in a compassionate and patient manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fellow staff, and works well with others
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high volume of casework and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, compassion, and empathy towards clients
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
