We are committed to providing compassionate and expert legal representation to clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic team! We currently have offices in Baraboo and Madison, Wisconsin, we are excited to announce this hybrid role with the opening of our brand-new office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin!
Responsibilities
- Conducting client correspondence and maintaining client communications
- Preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support cases
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and attending trials as needed
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, depositions, and meetings
- Communicating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases
- Drafting correspondence and other legal documents as required
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm or law firm
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Works well with others
- Ability to help manage our Eau Claire office
