Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is a well-established and reputable personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for the rights of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. We are committed to providing compassionate and expert legal representation to clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic team! We currently have offices in Baraboo and Madison, Wisconsin, we are excited to announce this hybrid role with the opening of our brand-new office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin!
Responsibilities
- Conducting client correspondence and maintaining client communications
- Preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support cases
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and attending trials as needed
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, depositions, and meetings
- Communicating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases
- Drafting correspondence and other legal documents as required
