What You'll Do:
As the Assistant GM, you'll be at the helm of day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while helping the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a thriving team environment, ensuring high standards, and driving business growth. Here's what you can expect:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train top-tier team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll coach and develop your team towards success.
- Drive Sales & Performance: Develop and implement sales programs to maximize business opportunities and ensure sales growth.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, and brand standards while constantly seeking opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and forecast sales data to optimize staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Handle payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
We want a leader who's ready to take ownership of the restaurant's success and motivate a team to reach new heights. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven Experience: At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Team Development Skills: Ability to inspire and develop a team while upholding the brand's culture and standards.
- Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and the key drivers of a successful QSR operation.
- Availability & Flexibility: Ability to work 5 days per week (10-hour days) and the flexibility to adjust to the operational needs of the store, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Must be able to work hands-on, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
