What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative (Immediate) position at PEMR?
In this Sales representative role, you will have opportunity to manage accounts within an assigned territory to grow volumes for an outsourcing staffing/EHR company. You will be a trusted face to the physician community within your assigned territory. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to sell, service, support and inform the physician community with clinical and relevant information needed to make an informed decision to choose our outsourced staffing/EHR company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Accurately represent IPClinical and its services, and able to speak knowledgeably about our services and HER.
· Maintain current product knowledge and features and benefits of all services.
· Create and implement sales plans and strategies to accomplish territory goals to meet or beat expectations.
· Identify prospects and referral sources through lead generation, cold calling, and regular visits to potential and existing accounts in efforts to grow territory and increase company revenue.
· Establish relationships with referral sources and their staff to service and grow the relationship.
· Assess the needs of referring physicians, their staff and patients and monitor the effectiveness of any implemented changes.
· Ability to turn customer problems into a mechanism for relationship-building and provide solutions as needed.
· Complete daily call logs and expense logs monthly.
Compensation based on experience and built relationships with referring providers within the central Florida area.
