The starting wage for this role is $16.85-$18.95.
About the role :
Supports user's hardware and software. Provides technical assistance to system users, management, and the Information Technology Department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Primarily responsible for the initial provisioning of Windows 11 devices
- Provides ongoing support to all Credit Union staff in the use of end-user hardware and software products.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
