Lead a team in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential mergers & acquisitions.

- Experience in business development, including actively seeking new opportunities across industries.

- Proven background in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, military, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management and team building.
- Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
