The General Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and mentoring the Experience Guides, Massage Therapists, and leadership teams at The NOW Massage. This dynamic leader is responsible for overseeing seamless business operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitable practices.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, hiring, and continuous development of the team, including front desk and Massage Therapists, with a focus on mentoring and coaching team members to excel in their roles and achieve their goals.

• Performance management (document and delivery) and maintaining positive relationships within the team.

• Next-level guest experience, addressing online reviews and community engagement, with the ability to resolve guest issues and employee relations in a manner reflective of The NOW Brand Truths.

• Build and maintain team schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency while managing payroll and scheduling demands in a timely manner.

•
• Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, managing payroll, and executing inventory, requiring financial acumen to adhere to and monitor budgets and drive sales.

• Uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance (including massage therapy laws).

• Plan and oversee promotions and collaborations with local businesses to enhance our brand presence.
