PENCOR SERVICES (Classified) is a cutting-edge telecommunications company seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers in the Lehigh Valley market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Heavy new lead generation via phone, email, and face-to-face encounters
- Generating new sales opportunities and expanding our service offerings to existing customers
- Achieving a monthly sales quota and providing projections based on a sales funnel
- Creating opportunities and documenting milestones in our CRM
- Preparing quotes and contracts for in-person presentations
- Working closely with other departments to provide the best solution to meet customer needs
- Building relationships with Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development groups, and other community-centered organizations
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Residency in Pennsylvania and ability to come into the Palmerton office as required
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
- Previous experience in Sales
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications Field
- Familiarity with the Berks County and surrounding area
- Excellent Lead Generation Skills (cold calling, canvassing, networking)
- Solid Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Negotiation and Project Strategy Skills
