Title : Social Worker
Position Type : Long-Term Temporary (up to 2 years)
Location : Auburn, NY
Salary : $28 - $43, depending on experience
Hours : 8am-4pm
Responsibilities :
Contract Staff will assist in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assesments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments / risk assessments, Weekly / Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) according to policy and procedure.
Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations. Requirements :
- License to practice as a Social Worker in NYS.
- At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
