About the Role - Pengcorp is seeking a responsible and dedicated OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist with extensive experience in operational technology infrastructures and open to a variety of challenges with both computing and networking systems. Reporting to the Director of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity Engineering Services, successful candidates will be responsible for :
- Assessing and maintaining OT / IT Infrastructures including networks, servers, virtualization, and wireless
- Interpreting, understanding, and reviewing physical and logical diagrams, existing statistics, and installed assets
- Bringing projects above and beyond alignment with standards and regulations (IE CSA Z246.1, ISA 62443, NERC-CIP, NIST SP 800-82, ISO27000) while also considering user / field experience, client requirements and specifications, and installed assets
- Performing system gap analyses, including technology assessment as needed, as well as road mapping upgrades for computing and network systems
- Supporting, implementing, testing, and validating computing and network system upgrades and improvements
- Expand logging and visibility to cover “blind spots” within the fleet OT networks, based on risk and NERC CIP-003 requirements
- Monitor, tune and respond to events within OT monitoring tools and SIEM and complete OT Vulnerability assessments and monitoring
- Improving and maintaining user and remote access controls (i.e., Active Directory, F5, TACACS)
- Establishing and maintaining strong cyber-security in System Architecture, performance improvement, Virtualization system infrastructure, directories, and physical and logical cyber-security
- Taking ownership of tasks assigned and independently working to create operational excellence and proactively handling assignments or responding to client requirements or needs
- Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting, testing, validating, and commissioning
